Same game, different rules.
This week's activity definitely got me thinking about how people feel when they have to assimilate to a new place. Whether it's to a new school, country, workplace etc, when we go through such things it's hard to change. I remember being the new kid at school, because I've had to do it quite a few times and it was always hard at first to get along with people and follow new school procedures. I can definitely see a parallel to the game we played. When new people came to the table many were frustrated, confused, and others just went along with it. Although, it was not too long before we all figured it out, it was funny while it lasted because some expressions were priceless.

so how do you do it?
ReplyDeleteSimilar to kind of like what happened in class, most people did not want to deal with being put into a new group. In the end however, we all kind of had to accept it. For me I had to do the same, I couldn't talk my parents out of moving. So I turned the bad into good and made the most of my new experiences!
